AusPet Industry Expo – Attendee Registration & Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to event attendees only.

2. Free Registration

Attendance at the AusPet Industry Expo is free of charge for approved attendees.

Registration is required to access the Event.

3. No Refunds

As this is a free event, no refunds or credits apply.

4. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to cancel your registration in advance to allow other industry professionals to attend.

The organiser reserves the right to monitor attendance and may prioritise future registrations based on attendance history.

5. Registration Approval

All registrations are subject to approval.

The organiser reserves the right to approve, decline, or cancel any registration at its discretion, including where the attendee does not meet the Event’s B2B criteria or commercial intent.

6. Transfer of Registration

Registrations are issued to individuals and may not be transferred without prior approval from the organiser.

7. Event Changes or Cancellation

The organiser reserves the right to amend the Event program, dates, times, or venue if required.

In the event of cancellation or postponement, registered attendees will be notified.

8. Entry Conditions

Entry is subject to compliance with all Event Terms & Conditions, including badge requirements and professional conduct.
