How It Works

  1. Submit your product application below.

  2. Approved products will be displayed in the dedicated New Product Showcase area throughout the expo.

  3. Attendees will vote live for their favourite product during the event.

  4. The winning product will be announced during the final hour of Day 2.

In just two days, your product could go from a new release to an industry spotlight.

Best Packaging Award

Great packaging does more than protect a product. It captures attention, communicates value and helps a brand stand out in a competitive market.

The Best Packaging Award, proudly sponsored by Titan Packaging, recognises outstanding packaging across the pet industry, from clever formats and practical functionality to strong branding and innovative material choices.

The award is open exclusively to AusPet Industry Expo exhibitors entering a product in the New Product Showcase.

What the Judges Are Looking For

Entries will be assessed across four key areas:

Visual Appeal and Design
How effectively the packaging attracts attention and presents the product.

Innovation and Creativity
The originality of the packaging concept, format, materials or design approach.

Functionality and Practicality
How well the packaging protects, stores, displays and supports the use of the product.

Branding and Shelf Impact
How clearly the packaging communicates the brand and stands out in a retail or professional environment.

All packaging formats, materials and product categories are encouraged to enter.

How to Enter

Submit your product through the AusPet Expo New Product Showcase entry form and select the Best Packaging Award option.

You will be asked to provide:

  • A brief description of the packaging format and materials

  • An explanation of what makes the packaging stand out

  • Supporting product information or a brochure

  • A sample of the product and packaging for display and judging at AusPet Industry Expo

Each entry must be associated with a product displayed in the New Product Showcase during the event.

The Prize

The winning exhibitor will receive the Best Packaging Award trophy, presented by Titan Packaging at the PIAA Industry Awards Night on 2 September 2026.

Entries Close

Entries close 15 August 2026. The judges’ decision is final. Products must be entered by an exhibiting business and displayed at AusPet Industry Expo 2026.
